Doors open at 7:00PM each day and the show will end at approximately 1:00 AM. The festival schedule will be released through our social media closer to the festival date.
Entry to the festival will be outside of the Pacific Coliseum off Renfrew Street next to the box office.
VIP ticket holders can use a separate VIP entrance outside of Pacific Coliseum.

Coat Check will be located on the north-east side of the main concourse near section R . VIP coat check is located in the VIP area / Pacific Lounge.
We allow checking of purses, back packs, duffel bags and clothing. Each item requires a separate coat check tag. Coat check fees are: $5 small purse or per clothing item, $10 back pack and $20 large duffel bag.
Items are released to the guest who possesses the coat check tag. We recommend to guests to take a photo of their coat check tag and treat like cash. Tags cannot be replaced. If you are not in possession of your tag, your will need to wait until the end of the night. Coat check staff will work with you to identify your item. You will be required to give an accurate description of your item with any identifying markers in order for release of the item without the coat check tag.
Unclaimed coat check items will be logged the next business day following the show. These items can be retrieved within 30 days by connecting with the Lost and Found department.
Guests are required to pass through security screening upon entry to the venue. Screenings will include a bag check and/or pat-down search. Refusal to submit to the security screening will result in denial of entry to the venue. Guests may be asked to provide picture ID based on observable concerns for public safety, and Pacific Coliseum may deny entry on that basis. Any guest that is denied entry or removed for any violation of facility rules will not be issued a refund and may be prohibited from returning for the second night.

• Spray cans, corrosive, flammable substances, dyes or receptacles containing substances which are harmful to health or are highly flammable
• Mechanically-operated instruments which produce an excessive volume of noise such as megaphones, air or gas-powered horns

• Computers or other devices used for the purposes of transmitting or disseminating sound, pictures, descriptions or results of the events via the internet or other forms of media (No IPads, Tablets, or Selfie Sticks)
The Guest Services booth will be located on the south-east side of the main concourse by the front glass doors near section Y. Any items found during the Stacked show will be logged and held at this location until the end of the show. Guests who have lost an item are recommended to go to the booth where a guest experience staff member can reunite them with their item. If it has yet to be found, the item and contact details will be logged.
Found items that are not claimed by the end of the night will be held for 30 days following the show. Items of a personal nature (ID, Bank Card, Passport) are turned into Vancouver Police department. All other items are donated to various organizations after 30 days.

Guests aged 14 and over can attend without supervision. Guests aged 13 and under must be accompanied by a paying guest aged 16 or older. Guests aged 16 and older can be designated supervisors for more than one Guest 13 or under. Guests aged 15 or under cannot supervise a Guest that is 13 or under.
A range of STACKED merchandise will be available for purchase inside the venue that includes, hoodies, shirts, hats, headbands, toques and much more. Cash, debit & credit accepted.
ATM’s are located near sections R, Y, Z, J and C and near the First Aid office.
Guests may use personal cameras and mobile phones to take photos inside the venue. Cameras with detachable lenses will not be permitted. Video cameras or video recording devices are not permitted at the event.

We encourage those who drive to park in one of the lots onsite. Lots are located at gate six located off Renfrew Street and gate nine located off Bridgeway Street. Additional parking is also available at Hastings and Windermere across the street from Playland. Parking for disabled patrons is available through gate two located off Renfrew Street as well as gates 6 and 9. No overnight parking is available and oversized vehicles will be charged per number of spaces used. Parking is $20 including tax (cash, debit, Visa, MasterCard, and American Express accepted).
A selection of food and beverage will be available for purchase throughout the venue. Permanent concession stands accept credit card and cash. Portable stands accept cash only.
Alcoholic beverages will be available to patrons who are 19+ and provide two valid pieces of ID at our check-point locations. A valid 19+ wristband and handstamp are required to purchase alcohol. Guests in possession of one but not the other will be denied alcohol. There is a limit of 1 drink purchase per person at a time.
Pacific Coliseum is a smoke-free environment. Smoking is prohibited on Coliseum property, including external plazas. There are no designated smoking areas.Please note e-cigarettes and vaporizers will not be permitted into the venue.
There are no in/out privileges once inside the coliseum, except for emergency purposes.
